Our pupils are enjoying a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to collaborate with one of Britain’s most popular children’s authors as part of an arts-based project to encourage poetry and literacy.
This year’s BBC Springwatch programme will be closely watched by all of our pupils as we have close ties with the venue being used by Chris Packham, Michaela Strachan and crew.
There was a purple haze at our school when pupils dressed to support two charities which use the colour in their logos.

Our pupils have been using poetry to get rid of any lockdown blues after the successful extension of a project that was first used during Mental Health Week.
Our pupils were in for a pleasant surprise when they returned to school this week following lockdown after we received a grant of £9,000 to buy new laptops.

Lockdown may have put many aspects of normal life on hold, but for our musically talented youngsters, the show must go on, as the West Norfolk’s Got Talent competition is being held again in a bid to find the rising stars of tomorrow.
